White River Valley Companies has dedicated their experience and knowledge to providing customers with superior products and services. White River Valley Environmental Services offers consulting, operation and maintenance on existing wastewater treatment plants as well as consulting on new start-up facilities. The system enables us to monitor these systems 24 hours a day seven days a week ,which allows us to diagnose potential problems.
At White River, we believe that in order to be successful we must treat people the way we want to be treated. White River Valley Environmental Services is playing a huge role in making rural Missouri a better place to live, work and play. WRVES, a wholly owned subsidiary of White River Valley Electric Cooperative, provides and maintains wastewater services in areas suffering from inadequate water and sewer service.
What began as a general concern about safeguarding the quality of water throughout the area has become a rewarding endeavor for the cooperative. Until recently, clean water and wastewater practices across the cooperative’s service area lacked the resources and expertise to correct the substandard systems already in place.
The White River Valley is blessed with abundant and high quality water resources. Unfortunately, those resources are being threatened due to development and failing septic systems.
WRVES was formed in 2000 to provide neighboring communities the knowledge and resources they need to ensure the future safety of drinking water and the proper disposal of waste as well as maintaining the integrity of our natural resources.
Development in this area now requires the installation of sophisticated wastewater collection, treatment systems and water systems that are protected from the effects of the surface and near surface activity.
Typical applications for our services include:
- Single family homes
- Clustered subdivisions
- Municipalities
- Restaurants
- Schools
- RV and mobile home parks
- Office parks
- Resorts and hotels
- Golf courses
- Shopping centers
Contact us to find out more about how WRVES can help you or your project with these important issues.

Dear Sirs,
On Tuesday 6/2/08 I learned that I had a problem with my grinder pump at my house here in Pointe Royale. I called your company and had a service visit at 3PM that afternoon. The stator that was the suspected problem was replaced only to find that the whole unit needed to be replaced which it was first thing on Wednesday 6/3/08.
The purpose of this note is to extend my thanks to your company for excellent response to my problem but especially to let you know of the excellent and expert service performed at our home by the team of Jeff & Mike. They are a great team of two- helpful, courteous to each other and to me, the customer. They were efficient with their time and did a difficult job with ease.
Please extend to them our thanks for great service.
Sincerely,
David Lund
Mr. John Cortner, 133 Ranch Road in SaddleBrooke was very complimentary of the service he has received from WRVES, and specifically from Jeff Combs. Jeff responded to a high level alarm on the STEP unit at Mr. Cortner's residence. The incident occurred at 2:30 am during one of the recent heavy rain storms. Mr. Cortner was very happy that we responded to his alarm situation in such a timely manner, with Mr. Combs handling of the situation at the time, and with the follow-up service he was provided.
Thank you Jeff for doing a good job, it's nice to hear this sort of thing.

White River Valley Environmental Services, LLC
Saddlebrooke is a 4200 acre masterplanned community, complete with central sewer, public water, fire protection, and high-speed internet. Saddlebrooke was incorporated in August of 2002. Having never done a real estate development before, I relied heavily on Rick Helms at White River Valley Environmental Services to educate me and guide me through the process of becoming a community. Rick Helms and White River Valley Environmental Services were instrumental in telling us how to do the water and sewer systems, and are currently still managing both systems for the Village of Saddlebrooke. It is my very strong opinion that without the help of Rick Helms, Saddlebrooke would not be the community that it is today. I would urge anyone who is planning a development in a non-metropolitan area to contact Rick Helms and White River Valley Environmental Services for their assistance.

To Whom It May Concern:
Missouri Partners, Inc. (MPI) and affiliates have been developing residential
communities for over 30 years, earning the distinction as Southwest Missouri’s largest
single-family home developer. The need arose for experienced operation and
maintenance of the wastewater treatment facilities and water systems being constructed
to serve MPI’s developments.
MPI and WRVES have worked together on several MPI projects. MPI has found Mr.
Helms and his team to be knowledgeable, cooperative and professional in a collaborative
effort to provide services to the developments. Mr. Helms’ years of experience in the
industry are a valuable asset to the company and its clients.
MPI will continue to use WRVES on future projects and recommends the company to
others for their development needs.
Sincerely,
Robert J. Allen

"As someone who cares about the environment, I wanted to make sure that our new septic system would not allow any effluent to find it's way into Table Rock Lake from our lakefront lot. Our old system was a mess! The FAST system by Bio-Microbics is outstanding! When completed, the installation was hardly noticeable. No smell, no standing water, no problems!
This system is very effective, and with the underground drip system, it gives us a beautiful green lawn virtually year-round without using sprinklers! We are very pleased with the service and responsiveness of the folks at White River Valley Environmental Services!"
